In 2010, the company was restructured and renamed Anh Phat Investment Construction and Trading Corporation (JSC), marking an important milestone in its development journey. Originally focused on construction and investment activities, Anh Phat has progressively expanded and diversified its operations across a wide range of sectors, including petroleum trading, industrial real estate development, tourism, water and environmental services, agriculture, and interior solutions. On January 12, 2026, the company officially adopted the name AnhPhatgroup Joint Stock Company, reflecting its evolution into a diversified corporate group and its strategic positioning in both the Vietnamese market and the international investment landscape.
